Lead the Customer Experience Behind Great Swim Schools

Carlile Swim is seeking a people-focused and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our Wavell Heights leadership team.

You will lead the Customer Experience team and deliver a warm, efficient and high-quality experience for families across every stage of their swim journey.

The Role:

With support from the Carlile Swim Support Office and Swim School Manager, you will lead and develop the Customer Experience team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role, working on shift across customer experience, pool deck supervision and teaching, while maintaining high service standards across the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train and develop Customer Experience team members and Pool Deck Supervisors
  • Manage rosters and staffing to ensure efficient operations
  • Work on shift across CX, deck and teaching, leading by example
  • Monitor service standards and deliver ongoing team training
  • Complete administration tasks including reconciliation, banking and stock
    control
  • Oversee bookings, enquiries and customer communications
  • Partner with the Swim School Manager to improve processes and performance
  • Foster a safe, inclusive and high-performing team culture
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, child protection and safety standards

About You:

  • Swim Teacher qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
