Assigned worksite may include the following locations: City Park Waterpark, CiCo Waterpark, or Northview Waterpark. Work will be performed outside, which could expose the staff to various outside atmospheric conditions including extreme heat. Noise and activity levels will be varied.
The Swim Lesson Instructor will provide instruction in alignment with Swim America™, a national learn-to-swim program. Swim America™ is goal-driven and technique-oriented. Swim instruction sessions run four (4) days a week for three (3) 2-week sessions, as well as Saturdays for private lessons. The program adjusts swim coaches to the appropriate skill levels of the swimmers enrolled. Swim coaches teach participants to swim according to the program standards. Certification and training is provided to all staff.
