We offer paid training for the right candidates! Youโ€™ll learn the YUSA Swim Curriculum, shadow experienced instructors, earn certifications, and receive ongoing support every step of the way.
๐Ÿ’ผ What Youโ€™ll Do
As a Swim Instructor, you will:
๐Ÿ  Teach swimming techniques to children and adults of all skill levels
๐ŸŒŠ Lead group and individual lessons using the YUSA swim progression
๐Ÿ›Ÿ Promote water safety and help swimmers build lifelong confidence
๐Ÿ‘ถ Work with all ages โ€” from Parent/Child classes to adult learners
โœ… Assess skills and provide positive, encouraging feedback

Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Current certifications in Lifeguarding/Swim Instruction, Pro CPR, First Aid, and Oxygen preferred โ€“ or willing to obtain
- Positive attitude, love of the water, and desire to make a difference!
