• Previous swim instruction, coaching, childcare, education, or recreational experience.
• Lifeguard certification.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.
• Knowledge of swimming fundamentals, water safety, and stroke development.

• Work in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
• Teach swimmers across a wide range of ages and abilities.
