The opening is for a long term year round position in which the employee will have the opportunity to grow with the company. Previous swimming team or swimming instruction experience is not required.

Compensation: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour

The United States Swim School Association began as The National Swim School Association (NSSA). It was founded in 1988 to provide a trade association for those who operate swimming schools in the United States. In 2003 the National Swim School Association changed it’s name to the United States Swim School Association. Currently the Association boasts over 400 member schools in 43 states and 17 countries worldwide.
