Teaching Swimming is what we love to do!

As a swim instructor you are responsible for teaching swimming skills and water safety skills to students using our curriculum. You will work to build confidence and comfort within your students, while having fun, encouraging and challenging each of them. You should be someone who loves children, welcomes feedback, is extremely friendly and eager to learn.

We have a fun and rewarding work environment with a great atmosphere for someone who loves teaching and being in and around water. We offer paid training. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience. This is a part-time position that may require morning/afternoon/evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Love and respect students while teaching them to swim.
• Be a team player who is consistently dependable and reliable.
• Complete required training and be a continual learner.
• Follow our curriculum with a focus on the needs, abilities and comfort of each student.
• Smile and have fun during your entire shift.
• Make sure everyone is safe.

Qualifications:

• Fun, enthusiastic, caring, patient, energetic, and would to love to work with children
• Must be able to work afternoons and weekends
• Have a professional appearance
• Willing to learn new things
• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check.

Compensation: $9 - $16 per hour

Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school.
