We are seeking a dedicated, full-time team member who is passionate about helping children and families learn lifesaving swimming skills. Full-time employees are key contributors to our program’s culture, consistency, and long-term growth. Those in this role must have strong leadership or management experience and enjoy stepping into decision-making, training, and mentoring opportunities.

Wisconsin Swim Academy is an elite learn to swim program that is dedicated to providing lifesaving Wim lessons to families in our community. We take the time to build trust and foster relationships so we can provide more than just a swim lesson. We believe in a Servant Leader's approach to do this and pride ourselves on our infectiously positive team culture.
Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. The United States Swim School Association began as The National Swim School Association (NSSA). It was founded in 1988 to provide a trade association for those who operate swimming schools in the United States. In 2003 the National Swim School Association changed it’s name to the United States Swim School Association. Currently the Association boasts over 400 member schools in 43 states and 17 countries worldwide.
