At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a SWIFT Service Engineer as a technical expert with knowledge of the role of integration engineer, knowledge of SWIFT formats and messaging flows, management of application environments, techniques and infrastructure, tools around the technical support of applications in production.

👨‍🔧 Your responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to the production environments of all areas relating to the SWIFT and SIC/EUROSIC networks, including in particular application management, monitoring and 3rd level support
• Plan releases and release or format changes
• Ensure Azqore's compliance with SIP SWIFT every year
• Provide level 3 support for production applications (GTExchange, SAG, SNL, SIC, GTMatch, GTData, GTFrame, Voting, Ullink)
• Diagnose and resolve malfunctions
• Propose areas for improvement
• Contribute to technical and business projects
• Ensure compliance with SLAs
• Respect and uphold good integration practices
• Ensure compliance with norms and standards
• Maintain up-to-date documentation

🧙‍♂️ Your core competencies

• You have a Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Min 5 years' in SWIFT related product and financial messaging experience
• Demonstrated expertise in SWIFT formats and messaging flows, management of application environments, techniques and infrastructure, tools around the technical support of applications in production
• Proven expertise in the following technologies:
  • SWIFT FIN/FILEACT/INTERACT, SIX
  • XML:ISO2022
  • Database (Postgresq, Mysql, oracle
  • Other: Webpshere MQ, Cryptography, Linux, Shell scripting
