A Sweeper Truck Driver will safely and responsibly operate sweepers on the job site to maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in the equipment, follows safety procedures, and works well independently and with field crews.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sweeper trucks on jobsites, roadways, and facilities
• Remove debris, dirt, gravel, and construction materials from assigned areas
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections; facilitate routine service to include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; report maintenance malfunctions to Equipment Manager; wash and clean interior and exterior
• Maintain a detailed log of working hours to include job, phase code, and time used.
• Communicate with supervisors and crews regarding schedules and site conditions
• Follow all DOT, company, and jobsite safety requirements
• Represent the company professionally with the public and clients
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience

• High school education or equivalent
• Class A CDL Driver's License and clean driving record
• Previous sweeper truck, construction, or commercial driving experience preferred
