
We’re looking for a Product Coordinator who is passionate about technology, enjoys working directly with customers, and is excited about driving real product adoption and measurable impact.
In this role, you will be the engine behind successful AI Agent rollouts with enterprise clients. Working closely with an Engagement Manager, you’ll ensure smooth implementations, translate usage data into actionable insights, and help customers design high-value use cases that demonstrate the full potential of AI Agents.

What You’ll Do
Drive Adoption with the Engagement Manager
Partner to plan and execute successful AI Agent rollouts for enterprise customers.
Prepare and structure key meetings (kick-offs, weekly check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews), including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
Track action items and ensure both internal teams and clients stay aligned on timelines and commitments.
Analyze client usage data to understand adoption patterns, value creation, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate insights into clear recommendations (e.g., training needs, new use cases, workspace enhancements).
Build simple reports and narratives that demonstrate measurable business impact over time.
Collaborate with clients to define and refine AI Agent use cases aligned with business goals.
Support configuration and documentation so use cases are easy for end users to discover and adopt.
Share insights and best practices internally to improve outcomes across customers.
Configure and maintain client workspaces so they are intuitive, reliable, and scalable.
Ensure workspaces stay up to date as new features are released.
Maintain structure, naming conventions, and overall hygiene to support long-term scalability.
Be the Main Point of Contact for Users
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for users and stakeholders.
Triage, document, and follow up on bug reports and edge cases, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
Provide clear, friendly, and actionable support that builds trust and confidence.
Your Profile
A strong interest in AI products and modern SaaS technology.
Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical concepts in simple, user-friendly language.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously.
An analytical approach — comfortable interpreting data and turning it into insights and action plans.
Fluency in written and spoken English, with confidence in customer-facing conversations.
Must-Haves
2+ years of experience in product coordination, customer success, project coordination, technical support, product operations, or a similar client-facing role.
Fluent in Swedish and English
Experience working directly with customers, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
