Job Description
Mercier Consultancy is looking for a skilled Swedish-speaking Helpdesk Expert to join our team in Athens, Greece, supporting a leading restaurant platform. This role involves providing top-tier technical support and customer service to Swedish-speaking clients operating in the restaurant industry.
As a Helpdesk Expert, you will be the primary contact for resolving customer issues, guiding users through platform functionalities, and ensuring a smooth user experience. Your expertise and language skills will be instrumental in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level helpdesk support to Swedish-speaking restaurant clients through phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to the restaurant platform promptly
- Assist clients with onboarding, platform training, and feature utilization
- Document all support cases and client interactions accurately in the ticketing system
- Work closely with product and development teams to communicate client feedback and help improve the platform
- Stay informed on platform updates and industry trends to provide relevant guidance
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in helpdesk or customer support roles, preferably within restaurant or hospitality platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Ability to manage multiple client issues efficiently and with a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems
- Willingness to work onsite in Athens, Greece
- Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
