Job Description
Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Swedish-speaking Helpdesk Agent to provide exceptional remote support for our restaurant platform. This role is fully remote and based in Greece, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while supporting Swedish-speaking clients.
As a Helpdesk Agent, you will assist restaurant partners and users with technical inquiries, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure smooth operational experiences. Your expertise and language skills will play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and enhancing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote helpdesk support to Swedish-speaking clients in the restaurant sector via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical questions and issues related to the restaurant platform efficiently
- Document all cases and client interactions in the support system accurately
- Guide clients in using platform features to maximize their benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
- Collect client feedback to contribute to platform improvements
- Stay up to date with platform updates and relevant industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in helpdesk or customer support roles preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software tools
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
