Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support via chat, email, and phone to Swedish-speaking clients.
- Effectively address and resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Offer guidance to customers about our products and services to enhance their gaming experience.
- Work alongside your team to maintain the highest standards of service quality.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Retrieve and relay customer feedback to assist in improving services.
- Engage in training programs to enhance your product knowledge and service delivery skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and a strong command of English; additional languages are valued.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and explore a vibrant new culture.
- A passion for gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry is a tremendous asset.
