Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Swedish-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. In this role, you will be the primary contact for Swedish-speaking clients, delivering exceptional customer solutions that enhance client satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues for Swedish-speaking clients
- Deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and timely problem resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and solutions provided
- Identify opportunities for service improvements based on client feedback
- Support onboarding and training activities for new clients
- Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach
- Previous experience in customer support or consulting roles is preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation costs covered
