• Providing top-quality support to our customers by phone and email on various topics in Swedish and English.

• Being the customer's point of contact and ensuring they receive the correct information.

• Building meaningful relationships and answering customer questions in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.

• Following management instructions and providing feedback.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Advanced level of Swedish (at least C1) both orally and in writing.

• Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both orally and in writing.

• Strong communication skills, including good phone protocol, listening skills, and written competence.

• Willingness to learn and develop, be curious, and a skilled problem solver.

• A desire to live and work in Greece.
