We're looking for Swedish speakers who want to relocate to Athens and join an international customer service team working within insurance and device protection.

You'll work on-site in Athens, surrounded by colleagues from Sweden and across Europe. So yes, you're moving abroad – but you're definitely not doing it alone.

What will you actually do?

You'll support customers who have insurance and protection plans for products such as electronics and household devices.

You'll help customers with things like:

• Registering and managing insurance claims
• Checking claim status and explaining next steps
• Answering questions about coverage and eligibility
• Helping coordinate repairs and replacements
• Handling customer questions and complaints
• Updating customer cases and documentation
• Finding solutions when something hasn't gone quite according to plan

Customer contact takes place across channels including phone, chat and digital support channels.

Don't know anything about insurance yet? That's okay.

You'll receive structured training before starting the role, followed by supported on-the-job training.

Requirements

You're a good match if you:

• Speak Swedish fluently
• Have good English skills
• Enjoy talking to and helping people
• Can stay calm when customers are frustrated
• Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Like solving problems rather than simply passing them along
• Have completed high school or equivalent
• Are ready to live and work in Athens
