As a Customer Expert, you will provide exemplary support to Swedish-speaking customers, ensuring their food delivery experience is smooth and satisfying. Your role will involve resolving customer inquiries, managing orders, and delivering excellent service to maintain customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support in Swedish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution
- Address complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly
- Collaborate with operational and delivery teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute feedback to management
- Participate actively in training and development initiatives
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid assistance provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
