Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Swedish-Speaking Customer Expert to join a leading food delivery service based in Athens, Greece. As a Customer Expert, you will be the primary support contact for Swedish-speaking customers, assisting them with their orders and ensuring a smooth and satisfying food delivery process. Your responsiveness and problem-solving skills will make a significant difference in maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Swedish through phone, email, and live chat channels
- Assist customers with placing, tracking, and managing their food delivery orders
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Work closely with delivery and operations teams to handle service incidents efficiently
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, preferably within the food delivery or hospitality sectors
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- A positive, customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with paid relocation assistance
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
