Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Swedish Player Support Specialist in our dynamic gaming department located in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this role, you will serve as the primary support contact for our Swedish-speaking gaming community, ensuring they receive outstanding assistance and a fantastic gaming experience.
As a Player Support Specialist, you will handle player inquiries, troubleshoot game-related issues, and contribute to a welcoming and supportive environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about gaming and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with our players.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Swedish-speaking players through email, chat, and social media platforms
- Resolve technical issues, gameplay questions, and account-related inquiries
- Document all player interactions and support requests accurately in our database
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex player issues effectively
- Gather and relay player feedback to the development team for continuous product improvement
- Create a positive and engaging community for players through excellent support
- Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and developments relevant to our offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in player support or a customer-facing role is a plus
- A strong passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is advantageous
