Are you fluent Swedish speaker with a passion for fashion?

Are you willing to work as a Swedish Customer Support Representative for Zalando, a leading European online retailer of shoes, clothes and beauty products, which connects customers and brands in 25 countries?

What you will do:

  • Communicating through chat & phone with customers
  • Answering how-to questions
  • Troubleshooting customers' issues
  • Create amazing experience that customers value

Requirements

The role of a Swedish Customer Support Representative requires:

  • Native level of Swedish
  • Advanced level of English
  • Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge/tech savviness
  • EU Passport holder
