Contract to hire
Assist equipment operators on hydrovac, sewer, and underground utility projects. Help ensure safe and efficient job site operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist operators with hoses, tools, and equipment
Set up and break down job sites (cones, barriers, safety signage)
Expose underground utilities safely for inspection or excavation
Maintain and clean equipment and tools
Follow all safety procedures and protocols
Support the crew as needed during field operations
Requirements / Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and climbing
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Prior construction, utility, or field experience is a plus but not required
