Job Description

• Good knowledge of Wi-Fi protocols and standards like 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/e/w
• Good automation and scripting skills
• Good working knowledge on WLAN security like WPA2/WPA3. Enterprise security with different EAP types
• Good understanding of Analog & Digital modulation and networking concepts.
• Working knowledge on analysis tools like Omnipeek, Wireshark. Traffic tools like iperf and chariot. Tools and utilities like supplicant, hostapd, RADIUS Servers
• Good debugging skills and hands on with tools like TCPdump, logcat etc.
• Have experience of working on different operating systems like Linux, RTOS, Windows and Android.
• Experience in test plan writing, executing and finding functional/performance related bugs
• Experience in test bed Creation/Management, Baseline Test setup.
• Knowledge on scripting languages like python, TCL, perl.
• Good written and verbal communications.
• Validation of 802.11 WLAN Protocol/Wi-Fi on NXP Chipsets.
• Candidate Qualification:
  • M.Tech from E&TC, Computers, Embedded, Wired and wireless Communication Engg.
  • Should have a strong knowledge on Networking concepts, digital and analog communication concepts, RF Fundamentals
  • Knowledge on any scripting languages like Perl/Python/TCL-TK/Shell Programming.
  • Good in written communication and presentation skills.
• Wi-Fi Knowledge
  • Understanding of wireless networks and networking in general a must.
  • Strong understanding of 802.11 wireless test methodologies and tools.
  • Good understanding of IEEE 802.11a,g,b,n,ac,ax PHY & MAC layer specifications.
  • Understanding of wireless networks and networking in general a must.
  • Strong knowledge in Analog/Digital wireless communication systems & theories (RF Transceivers, OFDM, Modulations, MIMO, Beam-forming, etc.).
  • Previous test automation/Scripting experience is preferred.
  • Experience in Test plan writing, executing, Finding functional/performance related bugs, Automating test cases.
  • Experience in both Manual & Automation execution of test cases.
  • Test bed Creation/Management, Baseline Test setup
