The Senior Vice President, Solution Architecture, is a senior technology leadership role within SGX's Data Engineering function responsible for defining and driving the architecture vision for SGX's enterprise data ecosystem. As a key member of the Data Engineering leadership team, this role will shape the future-state data architecture that supports enterprise data products, data platforms, data services, analytics, and future business growth. The SVP serves as the architecture authority across Data Engineering, partnering closely with business, technology, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and aligned with SGX's long-term strategic roadmap.
While the role has no direct people management responsibilities, it carries significant influence across programmes, teams, and stakeholders, driving architectural consistency, technology direction, engineering excellence, and strategic technology decisions across the enterprise data landscape. The role is expected to play a critical part in the Technology transformation and help to ensure a well architecture data ecosystem for SGX's Data Roadmap and the evolution of a trusted, connected enterprise data ecosystem.
At SGX, this is not a purely advisory architecture role. The SVP, Solutions Architecture will work on business-critical data initiatives where technology decisions must balance innovation, resilience, security, regulatory expectations, cost, and speed of delivery. The role provides direct exposure to senior technology and business stakeholders, with the opportunity to shape data platforms that underpin market operations, customer channels, data flows, integration patterns, and future-ready digital capabilities.
