Job Description

Location: open to remote candidates

TheSVP,SocialAnalyticsisan innovative role that combines deep social experience and analytics rigor.This role is anentrepreneurialopportunity to help define analytics for therevival of the 360i agency brand.This role will focus on creating best practices for social analytics, setting theagencyoutlook on social measurement, and honing our approach to connecting paid, organic, creator, and commerce measurement across all social platforms. This role will partnerwith internal and external stakeholders to give input on product creation,betaand alpha opportunities, and thought leadership.This role will uniquely sit between Marketing Effectiveness and Social teams, reporting into Marketing Effectiveness leadership with a dotted line into the head of Next Gen Social.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works closely withSocialleadershipand Marketing Effectiveness to create a simplified scalable and repeatable measurement approach for all social channels

  • Consult with client teams on social measurement best practices, test design, and partner capabilities

  • Partner with external social partners to bring alpha and beta opportunities to client teams

  • Collaborate with capability and partnership leadership toidentifyand evaluatesocial and creator measurement solutions to enable Next Gen Social

  • Ensure Social and Marketing Effectiveness teams are aware of social partner measurement changes and potential implications

  • Identifiesand develops product specific analytics offerings for specific clients

  • Authorswhite papers, POVs, other industry thought capital; attends/speaks at conferences

  • Evaluates and partners with external vendors and technologies asappropriate

  • Evaluates prospective technologies and companies for partnership or corporate acquisition

  • Advisesthe agency about key industry trends and innovations

  • Exhibits strong analytical, project management,storytellingand communication skills

  • Partners with newbusinessto identify opportunities for growth and development and enable business growth and development or existing clients

  • Responsible forrecruiting management level roles within the group and for developingmanagers

  • Sets vision/strategy andfacilitatesteam operations to deliver quality andtimelydeliverables

  • Leads (and is the voice of) local/national department initiatives, elevating the work, providing training, knowledge sharing, and best practices

  • Empowers direct reportsto owntheirclient, relationships, and projects

  • Manages performance and career growth of direct reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, DataScienceor related quantitative field

  • Master's degree preferred

  • 15+ years in a quantitative business environment

  • 8+ years in marketing analytics with knowledge ofsocial andthe media planning process

  • Experience with all social platforms and their attribution approaches (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snap)

  • Exposure to mobile, social,andtablet measurement approaches as well as understanding the role of attribution and paths to conversion

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings in simple terms

  • Strong organizational skills, political instincts, andproven-leadershipability

  • Experience in data visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama)

  • Demonstrates understanding of media planning and buying with a focus on media measurement and digital tracking including limitations and advantages

  • Advanced in SQL, Python, or R

  • Advanced media measurement capabilities (i.e.MMM, MTA), and planning A/B and Match Market testing

The annual base salary range for this position is $163,000 -$280,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
