The SVP Partners will provide leadership in managing and optimizing strategic partnerships with our largest supplier relationships, including risk and revenue-sharing partners. This role is responsible for driving value creation, ensuring long-term financial and operational alignment, and mitigating risks in these complex, high-value partnerships. The SVP will lead engagement strategies that balance cost, quality, and delivery while fostering innovation, resilience, and competitive advantage across the aerospace supply chain. In additional the role provides direction and alignment with Business Development, ensuring strategies are in place to meet future business requirements and managers all our Joint Operations agreements.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for managing RRSP relationships (including RRSP), ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing value
Drive financial optimization, ensuring cost efficiency and revenue growth while maintaining strong contractual compliance and governance
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with long-term partner agreements, ensuring sustainable and secure supply chain operations
Lead high-stakes negotiations to secure favourable commercial terms, risk-sharing agreements, and long-term partnership benefits
Foster innovation and operational improvements within partner ecosystems to enhance competitiveness and efficiency
Implement initiatives to optimize lifecycle costs, improve profitability, and enhance return on investment for all agreements, including RRSP
Establish robust performance management frameworks to ensure partners meet contractual obligations and continuously improve
Influence internal and external stakeholders, aligning partner strategies with corporate goals and ensuring executive-level buy-in
Enhance procurement, contracting and operational processes to improve agility, transparency, and risk mitigation
Ensure that all partnerships adhere to sustainability, compliance and regulatory requirements promoting ethical procurement practices
Ownership of all Joint Operations Agreements, ensuring RR is achieving what is requires from these agreements
