Position Summary:

The Senior Vice President, Operations is the enterprise executive accountable for the strategy, performance, and continued evolution of Globus Medical's global operations and supply chain. This role has end-to-end responsibility for the global manufacturing network, demand and supply planning, sourcing and procurement, supplier performance, materials and inventory management, distribution, logistics, and customer fulfillment. The SVP will ensure these capabilities scale with the Company's growth while consistently delivering quality, service, cost, compliance, and resilience.

As a member of the senior leadership team, the SVP will translate enterprise strategy and commercial demand into an integrated operating plan, global network and capacity strategy, capital roadmap, and talent agenda. This leader will work across business units, functions, and geographies to accelerate new product introduction, strengthen supply continuity, integrate acquisitions, and build a disciplined, data-driven operating system that supports innovation and sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Enterprise Operations Strategy & Governance

• Define and execute the global operations and supply chain strategy in support of Globus Medical's enterprise growth, innovation roadmap, customer commitments, and financial objectives.
• Translate enterprise priorities into an integrated operating plan, global footprint and capacity strategy, capital roadmap, operating model, and multi-year capability agenda.
• Lead operations and supply chain due diligence, integration planning, and execution for acquisitions, partnerships, site expansions, and other strategic transactions.

Global Manufacturing & Operational Excellence

• Own the performance of Globus Medical's global manufacturing and operations network, including machining, finishing, assembly, packaging, engineering, maintenance, facilities, and related site operations.
• Establish common operating standards, governance, and performance management across sites and regions while preserving the speed and accountability required by the business.
• Drive lean systems, automation, digital manufacturing, and continuous improvement to increase throughput, yield, productivity, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure global capacity, facilities, equipment, and workforce plans support commercial growth, new product launches, service expectations, and business continuity.
• Expand on culture of in-sourcing and strive to continually achieve lower costs without sacrificing quality or delivery expectations. Live by the motto of, “The right product at the right price and on time.”
• Consistent focus on maintaining cost discipline and ensuring that consolidated COGS are 25% or less, as a percentage of revenue.

Global Supply Chain & Customer Fulfillment

• Lead the end-to-end global supply chain, including sales and operations planning, demand and supply planning, strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, materials, inventory, warehousing, distribution, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
• Build a resilient and scalable supply network through supplier strategy, dual sourcing, risk segmentation, continuity planning, and disciplined management of geopolitical, capacity, quality, and logistics risks.
• Strengthen supplier performance, partnerships, commercial terms, and accountability to improve quality, service, cost, innovation, and continuity of supply.
• Optimize inventory and working capital while maintaining product availability and service levels appropriate to patient, customer, and business needs.
• Build and maintain two months on-hand of all inventory and sets across all skus.

Quality, Regulatory Compliance & Risk

• Ensure operations and supply chain activities comply with the Company's quality management system and applicable FDA, ISO, environmental, health and safety, and global regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory leaders to embed quality, compliance, traceability, and inspection readiness into operating processes without compromising execution speed.
• Establish enterprise operating-risk governance, business continuity, crisis response, and recovery plans for critical sites, suppliers, materials, systems, and distribution channels.

Enterprise Collaboration & Product Lifecycle

• Partner with business presidents and leaders across Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance to align priorities and resolve enterprise tradeoffs.
• Create shared accountability for forecast quality, capacity, launch readiness, product availability, service performance, cost, and inventory through an effective enterprise planning process.
• Ensure early operations and supply chain involvement in portfolio planning and new product development to improve design for manufacturability, sourcing readiness, transfer execution, scale-up, and lifecycle performance.
• Serve as the enterprise voice for operations and supply chain in strategic planning, resource allocation, portfolio decisions, and executive operating reviews.

Financial & Business Performance

• Own global operations and supply chain budgets, capital investment, cost of goods, productivity, inventory, and working-capital performance in partnership with Finance and business leadership.
• Set a balanced enterprise scorecard and operating cadence covering safety, quality, delivery, service, cost, cash, people, capacity, and strategic execution; hold leaders accountable for corrective action and sustained results.
• Use data, scenario planning, and rigorous return-on-investment analysis to prioritize resources and improve short- and long-term business performance.

Leadership, Organization & Culture

• Build and lead a high-performing, globally connected operations and supply chain leadership team with clear accountability across functions, sites, and regions.
• Develop the organization, talent, succession, and technical capabilities required to support growth, operational complexity, and future leadership needs.
• Create a culture of safety, quality, urgency, disciplined execution, transparency, continuous improvement, and enterprise teamwork aligned with Globus Medical's values.
• Lead large-scale transformation and change with visible sponsorship, clear communication, practical governance, and sustained adoption at every level of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 18+ years of progressive operations and supply chain leadership experience, including significant executive responsibility for complex, multi-site, global organizations.
• Demonstrated end-to-end accountability for global manufacturing and supply chain in a highly regulated, quality-critical industry; medical device experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success designing and scaling global operating networks, increasing capacity, improving service and cost performance, and leading operational transformation.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain planning, strategic sourcing and procurement, supplier development, inventory, distribution, logistics, and business continuity.
• Strong understanding of medical device quality systems and global regulatory requirements, including FDA and ISO standards.
• Exceptional financial and business acumen, including ownership of operating budgets, capital allocation, cost of goods, productivity, inventory, and working capital.
• Track record of enabling product innovation and growth through design for manufacturability, new product introduction, technology transfer, and disciplined scale-up.
• Experience leading enterprise change, digital and automation initiatives, acquisition integration, and cross-functional decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
