Our client is seeking a strategic leader to oversee their Health & Life Sciences division. This role will drive growth and innovation, focusing on leveraging AI and digital transformation to provide next-generation solutions for healthcare payers, providers, and life sciences companies. The Head of Health & Life Sciences will lead business development, client relationships, and the implementation of advanced digital and AI technologies to deliver industry-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership
  
  Drive the strategy to expand our client's footprint in the Health & Life Sciences sector, focusing on AI-powered solutions for payer and provider markets. Leverage digital transformation to address industry challenges and accelerate business outcomes.
• Sales & Business Development

• Own sales growth and meet revenue and profitability targets.

• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare payers, providers, and life sciences companies.

• Lead complex negotiations and secure deals.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to grow a strong pipeline.

• Solutioning & Innovation

• Develop and implement AI-driven, tailored solutions to address industry-specific challenges, focusing on driving innovation within life sciences and healthcare.

• Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance and refine service offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs.

• AI & Digital Transformation
  
  Lead the integration of AI, machine learning, and digital tools to improve operational efficiencies, enhance patient outcomes, and innovate healthcare delivery models such as value-based care.
• Operational Excellence
  
  Ensure our client's AI-driven solutions meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Team Development & Leadership
  
  Lead, mentor, and develop a team of experts in AI, data analytics, and digital transformation, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to address complex healthcare challenges.

  Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and maintain competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving Health & Life Sciences landscape.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  At least 15 years in the Health & Life Sciences sector, with a proven track record of leadership in AI-driven innovation, strategic planning, and digital transformation.
• Education:
  
  Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree in technology or innovation is a plus.
• Skills:
• Expertise in AI, machine learning, and digital transformation within healthcare and life sciences.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare payer and provider operations, value-based care, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to create AI-powered solutions that generate business value.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technology concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
