This includes leading the client contract negotiations, managing the contract pipeline, implementation of new contract lifecycle processes and technologies like AI, and serving as the functional leader for the contracts team to drive speed and efficiency. The secondary function (20%) is to provide hands-on legal support on non-contractual corporate matters as a direct partner to the AGC. This includes acting as an expert advisor on sensitive employment law issues, managing pre-litigation disputes and legal process/litigation, and executing on other special legal projects as needed.
