Job Description

About Citco:

The market leader. The premier provider. The best in the
business. At Citco, we’ve been the front-runner in our field since our
incorporation in 1948 led to the evolution of the asset servicing sector
itself. This pioneering spirit continues to guide us today as we innovate and
expand, push beyond the boundaries of our industry, and shape its future. From
working exclusively with hedge funds to serving all alternatives, corporations
and private clients, our organization has grown immensely across asset classes
and geographies. For us, this progress is a pattern that we’ll only maintain as
we move forward, always prioritizing our performance. So for those who want to
play at the top of their game and be at the vanguard of their space, we say:
Welcome to Citco.

About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our
alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most
respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means
our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a Senior Vice President in Client Services, you will be the driving force behind exceptional service delivery for a portfolio of key private equity clients. You will shape and lead the client service strategy, build lasting relationships at the most senior levels, and ensure our clients consistently experience the quality and reliability Citco is known for. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of client partnership, operational leadership, and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Relationship & Service Excellence

  • Lead and implement a client service programme that sets clear standards and delivers a consistently high-quality experience for key clients
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and key decision-makers, visiting clients regularly to understand their priorities and evaluate service quality
  • Participate in client calls and oversee reporting delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with agreed requirements
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex client issues, guiding resolution with a calm, solutions-focused approach

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth across the business line
  • Contribute to business development pitches and presentations for both prospective and existing clients

Operational & Risk Oversight

  • Monitor service levels, profitability, and resourcing across the business line, proactively addressing any negative trends
  • Establish and maintain a Risk Management Framework, including quality control reviews and continuous risk assessment of funds under administration
  • Provide monthly reporting on operational risk, key developments, and project status
  • Lead a proactive response to regulatory and industry changes, driving relevant initiatives across Citco Fund Services

People & Team Leadership

  • Manage, develop, and support team members to ensure the effective running of the department
  • Participate in the review of departmental procedures and policies, and support the team in adhering to them
  • Contribute to and lead cross-functional projects as the business continues to grow and evolve

What We're Looking For

You are a confident, collaborative leader who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on client focus. You are comfortable engaging at the most senior levels while also supporting your team's day-to-day success. You likely bring:

  • A strong background in financial services, with experience in fund accounting, operations, or product control environments
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams, with a track record of building high-performing, engaged groups
  • The ability to manage complex client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
  • A sound understanding of risk management principles and how to apply them in a fund services context
  • Excellent communication skills — you can adapt your style whether you're presenting to a client, mentoring a team member, or navigating a complex issue
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and act on them

Experience & Skills

  • Degree-level education (bachelor's or master's) or equivalent professional qualification
  • Significant experience in financial services, ideally within fund accounting, operations, or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with private assets fund structures is a must
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams

  • Strong risk awareness and experience working within governance or compliance frameworks

Ways of Working

In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy while remaining closely connected to clients, colleagues, and senior leadership. You will collaborate across business lines — from operations and technology to compliance and business development — and will be a visible, trusted voice both internally and externally. Decision-making is informed, considered, and client-centred, and you will be empowered to shape how the team works and grows.

Our Benefits

Your wellbeing is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success. We provide a range of benefits, training and education support, and flexible working arrangements to help you achieve success in your career while balancing personal needs. Ask us about specific benefits in your location.
