Job Description

TTI Professional (Milwaukee Tool) & Consumer (Ryobi) Businesses

At TTI, our people and culture are the foundation of our success. We are committed to developing leaders who drive innovation, move with speed and urgency, challenge the status quo, and build high-performing teams capable of delivering exceptional results.

The Chief Financial Officer, Latin America is the senior-most finance executive for the region, accountable for the financial strategy, performance, governance, capital allocation, risk management, and long-term value creation of Milwaukee Tool’s professional business and Ryobi’s consumer business throughout Latin America. This leader serves as a strategic partner to the regional business president, global finance leadership, and TTI executive leadership, providing the financial judgment, discipline, and enterprise perspective needed to accelerate profitable growth, scale the organization, and steward the region’s financial health.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded CFO who can operate as both strategist and steward, shaping business strategy, testing investment choices, protecting financial integrity, and building the finance infrastructure required to support a complex, fast-growing, multi-country business.

Your Responsibilities

Own Financial Strategy, Performance, and Value Creation

  • Serve as the senior financial steward for Latin America, accountable for regional financial strategy, business performance, capital discipline, and long-term value creation.
  • Own the region’s financial outcomes, including revenue growth, profitability, margin expansion, cash flow, working capital, capital efficiency, and return on invested capital.
  • Lead long-range financial planning, annual operating planning, forecasting, performance management, scenario modeling, and monthly business reviews that translate strategy into measurable financial plans.
  • Advise regional and corporate leadership on capital allocation, investment prioritization, pricing strategy, market expansion, cost structure, and resource tradeoffs.
  • Ensure regional financial commitments are delivered while balancing near-term performance with sustainable growth, enterprise risk, and shareholder value creation.

Serve as Strategic CFO and Executive Business Partner

  • Operate as a trusted advisor to the regional president, global finance leadership, and TTI executive leadership on the financial implications of business strategy, growth priorities, and major operating decisions.
  • Bring an enterprise perspective to decision-making by connecting financial performance, commercial strategy, operational execution, risk, talent, and organizational capability.
  • Partner with commercial, product, marketing, operations, and supply chain leaders to evaluate strategic investments, pricing and margin opportunities, channel strategy, product launches, M&A opportunities, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Provide executive-level financial narratives, insights, and recommendations for regional and corporate operating reviews, strategic planning discussions, investment decisions, and governance forums.
  • Identify material risks, opportunities, and performance gaps early; recommend clear actions to protect the business, improve returns, and accelerate growth.

Build a Scalable, High-Performing Finance Organization

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class finance organization across multiple countries.
  • Create strong succession plans and leadership development pipelines.
  • Develop financial acumen throughout the organization and act as a coach to business leaders.
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and structures that support future growth.
  • Foster collaboration across regional and global teams while reinforcing a One-Team mentality.

Lead Governance, Risk, Controls, Tax, Treasury, and Financial Integrity

  • Own the region’s accounting, controllership, financial reporting, tax, treasury, audit, compliance, and internal control environment across multiple countries and currencies.
  • Ensure financial integrity, policy adherence, statutory compliance, corporate governance, and strong stewardship of company assets across all Latin America operations.
  • Manage regional liquidity, cash flow, foreign exchange exposure, working capital, tax planning, and capital structure considerations in partnership with corporate finance and treasury.
  • Lead audit readiness, risk mitigation, control remediation, and governance improvements that strengthen transparency, accountability, and confidence in regional financial results.
  • Drive simplification, automation, standardization, and analytics capabilities that improve speed, accuracy, decision support, and the scalability of the finance function.

Lead Growth, Transformation, and Strategic Change

  • Provide CFO leadership for new market expansion, acquisitions, integration activity, business model evolution, and organizational scaling across Latin America.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives requiring financial strategy, business case development, governance, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution across countries and functions.
  • Champion adoption of systems, tools, dashboards, and operating rhythms that increase financial visibility, improve forecast accuracy, and enable faster executive decision-making.
  • Model a culture of ownership, constructive challenge, financial discipline, transparency, and relentless improvement.

The successful candidate will demonstrate TTI’s leadership expectations and cultural competencies:
