You will support the Global Sustainment Control Account Manager for the F‑35 and F‑22 programs, overseeing a large portfolio of sustainment contracts within the Supply Operations and Logistics organization.

What You Will Be Doing

In the capacity of the team’s technical lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the CAM team executes its work on schedule and with the required level of accuracy, thereby maintaining the integrity of the financial portfolio. You will also support the monthly business rhythm milestones, including the delivery of trainings, the preparation of accurate Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Cumulative Estimate at Completion (CEAC) figures, and the generation of leadership‑level reports for the organization. The role requires you to identify customers’ system requirements and to respond to Requests for Proposals by conducting feasibility and performance studies, performing benchmarking and capacity‑planning analyses, and developing appropriate system configuration recommendations. You will also be tasked with planning installations and ensuring that all proposed solutions meet the customer’s operational needs.

Basic Qualifications

• Hold at least an Interim Secret clearance prior to start
• Holds a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; acceptable fields include finance, accounting, operations, supply chain, logistics, or other business‑related areas.
• Proven experience leading a project team and applying project management and earned value management techniques, such as schedule and time management, budgeting, and meeting deadlines.
• Prior experience in one or more of the following domains: business administration, supply chain management or logistics, finance, performance based logistics (PBL), or inventory management. Prior involvement in basis of estimate (BOE) authoring, contract support, or personal development support activities.

Desired Skills

• The candidate must have prior experience serving as a Control Account Manager (CAM). Familiarity with SAP and APTS systems is required, as is experience in proposal development and contract execution.
• Relevant contract type experience includes Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Basic Ordering Agreements/Contracts (BOA/BOC), Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), modification programs, Direct Commercial Sales, and Foreign Military Sales.
• Holds a Lean, Six‑Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification such as a Green Belt.
• The role also demands proven ability to perform data analysis, root cause investigations, and risk‑ and opportunity management activities.
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite—including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, and Teams—is essential, along with outstanding written and verbal communication and exemplary organizational skills.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
