Job Description

Join our team as we continue to expand our product portfolio in the Data Center and Carrier Service Provider. The IP Routing Hardware organization is very flat - there are few levels of management between the Individual Contributor and the VP of Hardware. We are also very lean - each person spends more time doing work and less time on overhead. As a result, your work has high visibility, and your decisions directly impact the product.

Working with the Sustaining Program Manager, Procurement, PCE and EMS / ODM suppliers:

  • Last Time Buy PO execution and management
  • GPMA Maintenance – co-ordinate and maintain contracts for EOL components.
  • Sell and ship EOL components to EMS/ODM
  • Issue EMS RMA’s as needed
  • Resolve invoice issues
  • Resolve shipment discrepancies
  • Request or purchase samples for quals and distribute as required
  • New vendor set up, extensions in systems as needed
  • Part number set up for LTB’s - via DDM team
  • Attend qualification meetings
  • Other duties as required to support Sustaining Qualifications, EOL/LTB reporting, ad hoc requests.
  • University or college degree
  • 5+ years of experience - preferably in EMS or procurement setting
  • Proficient with MS O ce tools, especially Excel/Access
  • Excellent organization skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently to achieve individual and group goals
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and deliver success
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and accountability of responsibilities
  • Knowledge of the Nokia NI product line is an asset
