Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sustainability strategies aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
• Monitor and improve environmental impact related to raw materials, production, packaging, and waste management.
• Collaborate with R&D to innovate sustainable seasoning powder formulations and processes.
• Ensure compliance with international food safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct sustainability assessments and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners globally to promote sustainable sourcing and practices.
• Lead training and awareness programs on sustainability for employees.
• Represent the company in international meetings, conferences, and site visits.
• Manage projects related to sustainability, including timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in sustainability management within the food industry, preferably in seasoning or related products.
• Strong knowledge of food chemistry and production processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally frequently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficient in sustainability standards, certifications, and reporting frameworks.
