About the role
Sitting at the heart of our company’s Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility, this role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to play a central part in delivering one of the most criticalwaste‑reduction programmes of 2026 and to develop broad experience as a member of a high‑performing, multidisciplinary operational team.We are seeking Sustainabilityintern(full‑time) to join our EHS & Operations organizationlocatedin Reynosa, Tamaulipas, supporting our journey to embed circular‑economy principles, improve waste‑management performance, and a celerate progress toward our corporate landfill‑reduction commitments.
Length of assignment: 3months
Your main tasks
Work closely with the EHS Supervisor and Sustainability team to support the execution of the Scrap Reduction to Landfill 2026 Programme, including data collection, field observations, and documentationrequiredfor project milestones.
Liaise with certifiedrecycling partners and internalwaste‑handlingstakeholders to coordinate material traceability,validatedocumentation (weigh tickets, manifests), andidentifyopportunities to strengthen reuse and recycling practices across the site.
Supportday‑to‑daycommunication and engagement with operators, technicians, production leads, andcross‑functionalteams, reinforcing properwaste‑segregationbehaviors, visual standards, and compliance with environmental procedures.
Prepare communication materials for keysustainability‑relatedinitiatives (e.g., Waste Awareness Week, Circular Economy campaigns, World Environment Day). Evaluate and managewaste‑generationdataand compileeasy‑to‑readreports, charts, and dashboards for EHS leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
