Primary responsibilities are to establish the IKEA brand and IKEA stores as trustworthy and meaningful, with the latter being a natural destination for sustainable home living and to be responsible in stores to ensure that we meet IKEA's commitment to having a positive impact on people and the environment, growing our business and achieving long-term profitability.

  • Ability to engage a receiver and create passion for your plans;
  • Ability to create a strong network of partners internally and externally to the company;
  • Ability to recognize the link between environmental sustainability and the commercial agenda;
  • Committed to creating a more sustainable way of living;
  • Excelent level of Italian
  • Good level of English (B2);
  • Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

WE CARE FOR PEOPLE

At IKEA we cultivate an inclusive work environment where everyone feels welcomed, accepted, respected, acknowledged for its uniqueness and where we work together in a supportive climate regardless age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, family situation and ability.

Our selection process may include recorded video interviews, the use of digital platforms and tests (e.g. logical-mathematical, psycho-aptitude). If you are a person with a disability or have specific needs, please let our recruitment team know when you first contact them; we will ensure maximum accessibility and support.

Some would call us idealists who want to change the world, but we are firm believers that we actually can have a positive impact on people, society and planet. We put our heads together to solve the big questions: how IKEA products can become circular by using material and resources in the best way, how to improve the lives of the people who create our products, and how IKEA can benefit the communities where we operate.
