YOUR ROLE


Oversee environmental sustainability for China operations, facilitating active communication between relevant stakeholders.

Oversee the tracking, consolidation and analysis of sustainability Key Performance Indicators on a monthly basis.

Sustainability Solutions: Lead the solutions design, develop operations / cost models, prepare presentation material, presenting the solution and finally soliciting stakeholder endorsement to buy-in the proposed solutions.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Customer engagement
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer engagement plan to increase active customer interaction and satisfaction. This is aligned with the Greater China CSR roadmap and APAC CSR roadmap. It involves:
  • 1) Conduct analysis of customer behavior and feedback to identify engagement opportunities.
  • 2) Launch communication aimed at increasing active participation
  • 3) Collaborate with the BD (RAM, KAM), product and support teams to recognize more sustainability opportunities
  • Product engagement
  • To improve internal engagement, especially with product teams operations and BD communities by fostering open communication and collaboration:
  • 1) Maintain regular connection with product heads, BDs, function teams on key sustainability topics (at least quarterly)
  • 2) Organize regular meetings aimed at sharing best practices and building team cohesion.
  • Capability building
  • Enhance professional capabilities by completing targeted training modules and contributing to team knowledge by aligning with HQ, APAC and GC training plan.
  • 1) In alignment with APAC, and GC training plan to complete training for BD, products and other key stakeholders
  • 2) Lead/coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions (i.e., CL green solutions, Sustainability initiatives for A&O, G&R, FVL) within the team to disseminate learnings, tracked by session attendance and feedback.
  • 3) Conduct regular dedicated GC NEO sustainability training following the HR department plan.
  • Engage ecosystem
  • To actively engage with relevant ecosystem partners (external partner, suppliers, etc) to foster collaboration, drive integration, and unlock mutual value.
  • 1) Establish communication channels or meetings with key ecosystem partners (e.g. Smart Freight Center)
  • 2) Support in connecting with local suppliers, vendors on promoting CEVA's sustainability strategies, and raise awareness among them
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Coordinate the structured reporting from the group, region, and the dedicated CO2 report to customer.
  • Timely reporting and inputs to APAC region.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure the documents of sustainability initiatives are recorded and stored for the team; monitor the shared drive and files through regular audits.
    Monitor, document and share regulatory updates for Greater China region to local teams.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or other relevant disciplines
  • Having experience leading & executing projects related to ESG, Sustainability or CSR
  • Familiarity with carbon calculation with frameworks/standards such as GHG protocol
  • A good team player, responsible and dedicated to work.
  • Fast learner and able to work under high pressure
  • Good analytical Windows suite, in particular Excel and PPT
  • Conceptual skills, and high level of commercial acumen
  • Good ability to engage with and embark stakeholders within and outside the organization, across functions and all levels
  • Self-driven, detail and results-oriented with an ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong sense of ethics, trustworthy, reliable, able to work autonomously
  • A strong command of oral and written English
