Responsibilities:

• Continuously enhance the knowledge and competence regarding Sustainability within Klüber China, with special focus of Handprint in Sales and Marketing.
• Collaborate with R&D, Plant, and Supply Chain departments to develop phased implementation plans meeting China's dual-carbon goals, and implement low-carbon projects aligned with China's latest policy directives, e.g. develop low carbon footprint product.
• Develop and promote Sustainability VCSs(Value Cases Studies) which can be multiplied globally, together with Sales colleagues.
• Support NBD manager in defining and promoting sustainability related new business development activities.
• Define and execute marketing communication plan on Sustainability topic together with Marketing colleagues
• Ensure a proactive and effective communication within KL China.
• Communicate and align sustainability activities with global handprint team proactively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in Environment, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering or relevant major;
• Good communication skills both in English and Chinese;
• At least 2+ years of Sustainability or related working experience.
• Good capacity of working in multi-culture environment and cross-functions team
