Job Description

Your role
  • Lead the day-to-day coordination of OMICRON's Sustainability Reporting project from planning through publication.
  • Coordinate contributors from different functions and ensure timelines, responsibilities and deliverables remain on track.

  • Build on existing sustainability information, including environmental reporting, carbon footprint data and other ESG initiatives, to create a consistent and meaningful Sustainability Report.

  • Collect, review and consolidate information from across the organization and identify missing data, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.

  • Develop the report together with internal experts by structuring content, drafting text and ensuring a clear, consistent narrative.

  • Prepare decision papers, project updates and recommendations for the Steering Team.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, documentation and data quality for future reporting cycles.

  • Consider relevant sustainability reporting frameworks, including CSRD and ESRS, where they support future readiness without aiming for full compliance.

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and bringing together different stakeholders to achieve a common goal.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex information and identify gaps.

  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to turn technical information into clear and engaging communication.

  • A structured and pragmatic working style with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

  • Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with experts from different disciplines.

  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, CSRD or ESRS is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
