We empower you to reach your potential with opportunities to make an impact to be proud of – for food, people and the planet.
Within Sustainability Operations Europe, which is part of the global Sustainability Operations that drives Collection & Recycling across 8 regions globally, we are now looking for a Sustainability Manager – Collection & Recycling to support our work across Finland and the Baltics.
In this role, you will focus on the operational deployment of Tetra Pak’s collection and recycling agenda in the market. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen collection, sorting, and recycling of beverage cartons, while also helping create the right local conditions for markets to meet evolving regulatory requirements, including PPWR.
As Sustainability Manager Finland and Baltics, you will deploy the company’s collection and recycling strategy at market level, build the network and ensure stakeholder engagement to execute the local action plans and managing investment-related projects. Thus, this is a role for someone who combines strong execution skills with the ability to navigate a broad stakeholder landscape, build external relationships, and translate strategy into actions on the ground.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden, or Helsinki, Finland, and reports to the Head of Sustainability North Europe. Travelling will be required as part of the role.
As a person, you are structured, pragmatic, and driven. You always strive to find a solution and are open to re-evaluate the situation if needed. You are comfortable working across functions and with external stakeholders, and you know how to create momentum in areas that require long-term coordination and relationship-building. You combine a hands-on approach with the ability to see the broader market and regulatory context.
