In this role, you will help integrate sustainability into the core of our business by supporting the development and execution of strategic ESG initiatives, managing impactful sustainability projects, and ensuring adherence to relevant environmental regulations. Responsibilities:

1. Research and Analysis:

• Conduct research on emerging ESG, sustainability, and responsible business trends.
• Analyse internal and external data to identify improvement opportunities and support informed decision-making.

• Support the development and implementation of sustainability strategies aligned with our company goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability considerations into business operations, processes, and projects.

• Support the preparation of sustainability and risk management reports, ensuring accurate documentation of key performance indicators.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of records for sustainability initiatives, achievements, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive sustainability awareness and participation.
• Facilitate clear communication to strengthen relationships and contribute to a positive organizational reputation.

• Support the development and delivery of sustainability awareness programs and training for employees.
• Promote a culture of responsible and sustainable practices across the organization.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing sustainability-related projects or initiatives.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure sustainability elements are included in project planning and implementation.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability programs and initiatives.
• Propose solutions for improvement based on feedback and performance evaluations.

• Stay updated on ESG, regulatory, and industry standards to ensure company compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to address sustainability-related requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years’ work experience related to sustainability and/or risk management.
• Diploma and above in any field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage, analyse, and visualize data using Excel/Power BI/Tableau
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., IFRS S1 and S2, GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with sustainability reporting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
