About the position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Sustainability, Environment & Partnerships Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Sustainability, Environment & Partnerships Manager lies within the EPDM business unit. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Celia Bornibus, Head of Sustainability EPDM. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of Environment & Partnerships will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within EPDM.

In brief, you are responsible for:

· Lead Environment Pillar for EPDM o Lead Environment activities & commitments for EPDM (Net Zero, Deforestation, Climate & Nature, Regenerative Agriculture).

o Support global activities around regulatory requirements (e.g. CSRD) and FLAG requirements and drive them in the zone o Implement Global ESG strategy for the zone, for each Environment pillars:

§ Define zone priorities: Establish a comprehensive program plan and make recommendations which support overall value creation and delivery of the Kraft Heinz ESG strategy and EPDM zone priorities (Scope 3 as the main priority)

§ Define projects’ pipeline & timeline: developing partnerships with key suppliers & EMs but also with Global SMEs.

§ Define ways of working and cross-functional teams (Operations, Procurement, Growth): Coordinate and across teams in the delivery of relevant ESG commitments and objectives related to Planet.

§ Lead implementation: Deliver results, taking responsibility for changing management relating to the ESG strategy.

o Enable Sourcing teams to drive initiatives within their categories which advance the Kraft Heinz ESG Objectives.

o Determine strategy translation and requirements for our Environmental commitments into business actions and project plans.

o Ket stakeholders to be advised and coordinated: Growth, Operations, Procurement.

· Key Enabler: Lead strategic external partnerships

o Deliver zone sustainability partnerships in line with the global strategy cross the whole Value Chain

o Understand zone needs and priorities for partnerships: Interact and collaborate with leaders within the zone

o Identify and propose partnerships aligned to material topics and commitments

o Map out specific initiatives with top suppliers, EMs but also peers, MNCs, etc.

o Drive relationship for new partnerships (peers, NGOs, MNCs, joint ventures)

o Support relationship for existing partnerships (suppliers and EMs)

o Find new initiatives, scale initiatives, optimize costs

· Facilitate quarterly performance management updates across relevant Sustainability KPI’s

Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

· Education in Master degree level in a relevant field of environment, sustainability, ESG.

· At least 6 years of working experience in an international company, project management, innovation and co-creation roles involving cross-functional senior. stakeholder management or strategy/sustainability consulting roles. Supply chain experiences are a plus.

· Professional fluency in English with strong written, verbal and listening skills is a must; other languages is a plus.

· Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

· IT Skills & Knowledge Advanced user of MS Office.
