Project Role Description : Provide end-to-end engineering services to help companies reduce their resources footprint and achieve their sustainability targets. Develop technical engineering solutions, conduct feasibility studies, carry out investigations, structural inspections and assessments to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

As a Sustainability Engineer, your typical day involves delivering comprehensive engineering services aimed at minimizing resource consumption and supporting organizations in meeting their sustainability goals. You engage in developing innovative technical solutions, performing detailed feasibility analyses, and conducting thorough investigations and structural evaluations. Your role includes identifying challenges and implementing effective strategies to address them, while coordinating necessary resources to ensure the successful execution of engineering or construction initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to drive sustainable outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into engineering projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with environmental and business objectives.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Experience in supply chain processes and their impact on sustainability initiatives.
- Ability to analyze and optimize resource utilization within supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and their application in engineering projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on technical and operational challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
