We are currently seeking a Sustainability Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy!

This role reports directly to the Global Compliance & Sustainability Senior Manager for CW Systems. The position supports sustainability‑related compliance and strategic activities across the CW Product Line (PL), collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and certification bodies. Coordination with internal environmental data teams is essential to ensure alignment of sustainability requirements.

What kind of work will you be doing?

  • Monitor and summarize sustainability related regulations and initiatives.
  • Support development of sustainability requirements for NPDI.
  • Collect and coordinate sustainability data for CW systems.
  • Prepare documentation and evidence for sustainability certifications.
  • Create and maintain internal sustainability knowledge base and guidance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and environmental teams for aligned sustainability inputs.
  • Support sustainability compliance activities for CW systems, focusing on data center equipment.
  • Develop expertise in sustainability standards, regulatory requirements, and certification frameworks (BREEAM, LEED, and sector specific schemes).
  • Support implementation of sustainability requirements within NPDI and sustaining projects.
  • Monitor and interpret sustainability regulations, voluntary schemes, and market expectations applicable to CW systems and data centers.
  • Summarize impacts for internal teams and support follow up actions.
  • Coordinate sustainability data across engineering and environmental teams, ensuring accurate and consistent information flow.
  • Support preparation of sustainability documentation required by customers, regulators, and certification bodies.
  • Assist in mapping product attributes to sustainability credits under schemes such as BREEAM, LEED, CEEDA and others.

What will make you successful?

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering, Sustainability Management, or similar.
  • Interest in sustainability frameworks relevant to data centers (BREEAM, LEED, etc.).
  • Analytical skills and ability to summarize technical or regulatory content.
  • Strong coordination and communication capabilities.
  • Motivated to develop expertise in sustainability for data center technologies.
