To strengthen this ambition, we are looking for a Sustainability Business Lead.
In this newly created role, you will connect sustainability with commercial opportunities. Rather than focusing on reporting and compliance, you will help turn sustainability initiatives into customer value, business growth and competitive advantage.
You will report to the Sustainability Manager and work closely with colleagues across Global Marketing & Sales, Agro, Procurement and Supply Chain. You will also collaborate with colleagues across Royal Cosun to share knowledge and develop joint propositions.
As Sustainability Business Lead, you play a key role in translating sustainability ambitions into commercially viable solutions. You identify opportunities across the value chain, develop business cases and help embed sustainability into our commercial strategy.
You are commercially minded, proactive and enjoy connecting people, ideas and opportunities. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and know how to turn ideas into results.

Experience with topics such as climate, regenerative agriculture, Scope 3 or circularity is an advantage.
