PwC’s Sustainability Reporting and Assurance practice is a rapidly growing community of professionals driven by a shared purpose: to help our clients build trust and create sustained outcomes for business and society. We work side‑by‑side withorganisationsas they navigate an increasingly complex sustainability and ESG reporting landscape, bringingrigour,insightand credibility to the information theydiscloseto the market.

In this dynamic environment, we are searching for SustainabilityAssurance Graduatesto join our team in Athens.

Make a realimpact

• Activelyassistingin the drafting ofsustainability’relatedproposals in the context of tendering for new business

• Undertaking robust testing on sustainabilitydata, andanalysingresults, discussing anomalies with other teammembersand developing solutions with the manager/team asrequired

• Identifyingand communicating trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client, whiledemonstratinga deep understanding of the industry and marketplace

• Preparation of analytical reports and presentation

• Start to be familiar with sustainability reporting practices and standards (e.g.ESRS, ISSB, SASB, GRI, etc.), aiming to become the go-to expert for our teams and clients.

• Participate in business level discussions/ workshops with clients and documenting business requirements

• Application of common sense / commercial awareness / knowledge obtained during the project to assess the quality and reliability of information supplied

What you bring matters

• ABSc or MSc degreein business/finance, economics, engineering, a sustainability-related subject, or another discipline with strong quantitative elements

• Highproficiencywith Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint andexperience handlinglarge amountsof data

• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear,conciseand professional manner (both in English & in Greek)

• Able to work independently and efficiently within a team environment.

• Excellent critical thinking, intellectualcuriosityandproblem-solvingabilities

• Strong research, analytical and report writing skill

• Able to multi-task, adapt well to changing priorities, and effectivelyprioritiseworkflow to meet critical deadlines

• Strong personal initiative,agilityand resourcefulness
