A quick look at the role.
We’re looking for a hands-on Sustainability & Engagement Coordinator to drive real change across Wembley Park Estate. You’ll lead the push to improve waste segregation, boost recycling rates, and get residents and occupiers actively engaged in more sustainable behaviours.
This is a visible, on-the-ground role where you’ll keep a close eye on daily waste operations, deliver impactful education campaigns, and bring stakeholders together through clear, confident communication. Using data, audits, and site insight, you’ll spot opportunities and turn them into practical actions that cut contamination and deliver measurable results.
This role is an onsite position located on the Wembley Park Estate.
