Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote.
The Sustainability Analyst supports Ocean Spray's sustainability efforts by collaborating with various departments and stakeholders. This role involves collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data for sustainability reporting, implementing sustainability projects, and managing sustainability audits. The analyst must have strong research and analytical skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a broad understanding of key environmental and social topics.

What We Are Looking For:
Required
BS.in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences,Business, Engineering, orother relevant disciplinesrequired.
1 to 3 years ofexperienceworking for an environmentalNGO, food and beveragecompany,or equivalent organization
Broad understandingof keyenvironmentaland social topics such as climate change,sustainable agriculture,waste, waterstewardship, andhuman rights.
Advanced communication, research and analytical skills
Ability to workindependently and collaboratively, especiallywith various levels withinan organization
Ability to work on multiple projects and be able to prioritize shifting short- and long-term project deadlines
Preferred

Master’s Degree

Must be able to liftlow to medium weight (10-30 lbs) materials on an occasional basis.

Annual Salary:
$65,700 - $90,310
The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
