About the role

As an Account Executive, you will drive new business with some of the largest companies in Sweden. You own your deals from the very first contact to signed contract. You’ll join a small sales team where your results are visible and your voice matters.

You will mainly:

• Build and own your pipeline: you create your own opportunities and take them all the way to signature
• Run complex sales processes with long sales cycles and many stakeholders, from sustainability and finance to procurement and C-level
• Lead the deal internally like a project, bringing in experts from our Advisory teams at the right time
• Demonstrate and sell our sustainability platform to senior decision-makers
• Represent Position Green at seminars, networking events and industry forums

Who we are looking for

You love closing business, and it shows in your numbers. You can steer complex sales processes at a senior level, while keeping up the pace to create new opportunities.

We believe you have:

• Experience in B2B sales of complex solutions, ideally SaaS, with a proven track record of closing large deals
• Experience managing long sales cycles with many stakeholders, all the way up to C-level
• Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, supply chain or related fields is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics or engineering, or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken

We are looking for someone to join our Malmö or Stockholm office.
