Sushi Chefs are paid an hourly rate and receive tips.
The average hourly rate for Sushi Chefs (base pay + tipout) is estimated at $25 per hour.

Uchiko, child of Uchi, is the offspring of James Beard Award‑winning Chef Tyson Cole's original non‑traditional Japanese concept. While the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, Uchiko takes a fiery turn bringing smoke and char alongside the fresh and clean flavors that define Uchi.
