About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Director, Valuations Surveyor to join our dynamic real estate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate property valuations across a range of asset classes, supporting clients with market insights and compliance with professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property valuations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets in line with RICS standards.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports for clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Undertake market research and analyse comparable evidence to support valuations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Irish property market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete complex valuation projects and portfolio reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and professional ethics.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Real Estate, Property Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Qualification: Completed APC (Assessment of Professional Competence)
  • Experience: 5 years in property valuation or related surveying roles.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and valuation software tools.
  • Full clean driving license.
